If you have the room, and some proclivity towards organization, and patience, I'd say go for it. And if you get in trouble, the site can help you out of almost anything. In my head I was trying to infer that in my previous post. I used to live in an apartment as well, but had small garages available. Most complexes have strict rules about no work in the parking lots, but mine said garages were anything goes! I've found you can read the tech articles here till you're blue in the face, and still find things that don't make sense. But they WILL make sense when you're actually doing it. Either way you choose, I understand your reservations. If I had the option of somebody walking me thru it, I'd absolutely take it. But if push comes to shove, I'll dive right in!
